Thailand’s Cha Am Or Hua Hin?

Located on the Gulf of Thailand, the once sleepy fishing villages of Cha-Am and Hua Hin are well-known seaside resorts in the vicinity of Bangkok. The resorts are located about 190 km (120 miles) south of the city, which makes them popular destination with locals and tourists, especially on the weekends. Your reputation as a tropical beach destination began in the 1920s when a railroad was built connecting to Bangkok, Hua Hin, and it soon became a favorite weekend seminar by> Thai royal family.

The white sandy beaches and blue waters are now lined with modern development in Hin Hua, but it still remains a relaxed atmosphere on the ground. For those who are a little quieter, near Cha-Am may prefer to fit the bill.

Serene Cha-Am

Cha-Am Thailand is the longest beach on the weekend are busy and that, during the week is fairly quiet and peaceful. Cha-Am is still the main charm of its beautiful soft sand beach lined with palm trees, rather than high riseHotels. Enjoy the ride the sun during the day, or take a sunset on the water's edge in a local small but energetic ponies. The hotels in Cha-Am are set in acres of gardens and water-filled urns of lotus flowers adorn the hotel foyer. Many of the places in Cha Am rooms have private pools. The Thais are renowned for their massage and beauty treatments and all the good-known hotels have excellent spa facilities are usually inexpensive. In the restaurants are excellent and get an A + for the service. They specialize inin seafood and Thai cuisine and much more pleasant than dining in the hotel buffet. But after nightfall, when for a lively night life, Cha-Am is not the place for you.

Bustling Hua Hin

Hua Hin, in contrast, has many bars and nightclubs offer varied entertainment. The restaurants of the fishing are highly recommended and it can easily turn into other bars and nightclubs on foot or use a "songthaew ', a hop-on hop-off taxi service. During the day, Hua Hin isfascinating city with a variety of shops and a market that is a great experience in the field. Facilities are good and there are a number of standards for all budgets. All have beautiful swimming pool and sun decks under shady palms, and most are on or near the beach. Although some places may be older, they are clean and adequately furnished, but check they have air conditioning.

To search for an exotic tropical beach holiday, with warm temperatures and afine arts, by providing the locations of Hua Hin and Cha-low the perfect winter-sun destinations.

Select Cha Am, if you only have back and relax at your resort and want to invite. Hua Hin is probably better if you are looking for a little more excitement and action.

  • I think Hua hin has much more to offer and has better beach and restaurants.
